Fratelli Fresh @Bridge Street, Sydney

Ms I highly recommended that we try out Fratelli Fresh, so we took a 15-minute walk here after our Walking Tour ended at the harbour front.

We ended up sharing a white base Parma Pizza (A$22) and a Cauliflower with Chickpea and Spinach (A$9.50) to share.

We gotta say that this was the best of the 3 pizzas that we had tried so far in Australia! The chewy thin crust was slightly salty and the texture was so good. The parma ham was lovely and not overly salty; the rockets and parmesan cheese complemented the pizza well. The cauliflower and chickpea were sweet and yummy too.

Service was alright; it was difficult their attention, be it to refill our water, get the bill, or to pay… But the waitress did recommend the pizza which we really enjoyed eating.
