After our relaxing massage in Holland Village, it’s time for dinner!

Searched on 4SQ and found this place called Mu Parlour. Wondering what it was, we walked up and down Holland Village but was not able to find it. So we went to CRAFT Bakery to finally try The Craft.

After The Craft and a risotto, we were somewhat still not fully satisfied. We were determined to find Mu Parlour!

So we walked around and around again. Then when we were about to give up near Coffee Bean, and when we looked up, we realised there’s a 2nd Floor just on top of Coffee Bean. And a vertical banner just outside the stairs said “Mu Parlour“! 🙂

We ordered a Signature Cheese Burger No. 29 which has Beef, Portobello, Horseradish, Arugula (S$17), and topped it up with S$8 for a Cafe Latte and daily dessert of Fromage Blanc. Wifey was intrigued with their Signature Tea Infusions and ordered herself an Afternoon Delight, which is Earl Grey, Muji Shochu, Yuzu, Lemon (S$15).

Cafe Latte

Cafe Latte

The cheese burger came in a charcoal bun and a very thick patty of juicy beef, and an equally juicy Portobello mushroom!

The bun was fluffy and not hard at all which made it very easy to bite off. Very satisfying burger indeed, and easily washed down with the normal latte.

The tea infusion was slightly acidic with the shochu and yuzu but was nonetheless, refreshing. No wonder its called Afternoon Delight!

The Fromage Blanc with cheese and pistachio is handmade by the chef and has a very creamy dome with a pistachio biscuit-ty base. A very fitting end to the Friday night!
