We decided to go along the Hong Kong theme today (since we just went Mak’s Noodle and Honolulu Cafe), and landed at The Coffee Academïcs.
Launched in 2012, TCA has 5 outlets in HK and this new huge space in Singapore was only launched this year. They are very serious about coffee and the Singapore flagship store has been designed with various coffee preparation stations like a Roasting Bar, a Brew Bar and a Cupping Bar and they organizes coffee classes too.
- Citrus Espressoda ($8++): This is a time-limited concoction of double shot of TCA House Blend espresso bolstered with fresh orange slices and fizzy tonic water. A very refreshing drink!
- Ginger Peach Green Tea ($10++ per pot): Pretty cup, fragrant smell, lovely smooth taste. What else can you ask for in a cup of tea? A truly awesome sensory experience 🙂
We would love to come back and try the other stuff on the menu!
