Chope had a flash giveaway for noodles and pasta today, and so… We made changes to our dinner plans and ended up at Napoleon 😛
And we ended up realizing that there are so many restaurants in this stretch that we have been wanting to try out 🙂
- Crostini Burrata Platter ($10++): This was a delightfully light and refreshing crostini, served with burrata mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil.
- Homemade Grand Marnier Foie Gras Terrine ($22+): Very flavourful, and very tasty with the bread!
- Hand-cut Angus Beef Tartare ($30++): The beef tartare looked a bit intimidating at first, but all our doubts went away after the first bite! The portion was good for 2 to share.
- Shrimp Truffle Angel Hair ($21++): Our favourite item tonight, and this being free made it even more awesome, haha! We loved the aroma and the slightly soft pasta.
This restaurant might not be on the Michelin list, but the food was certainly good, and we were definitely happy customers!
