Sabio By The Sea @Quayside Isle, Sentosa Cove

Since we were hardly in this area, we figured that we should check out the far end of Sentosa too!

It was fairly easy to get to using the free shuttle service within Sentosa, where Quayside Isle was just a short stroll from the drop-off point at W Hotel. Stolling along Quayside Isle, Sabio By The Sea caught our eyes with the All-You-Can-Eat Tapas promotion at $49.90++ per adult.

With 27 hot and cold options, we were really full after trying out only 9 items, namely, Caviar of Eggplant (1 of the 8 available cold tapas), Garlic MushroomsGambas Pil PilClams with Garlic SauceDeep Fried Oysters (4 of the 14 available hot tapas), Grilled Tuna Steak with ChachoukaGrilled Asparagus & Serrano Ham with Soft EggHerbs Marinated Pig Shoulder (all 3 items available from the grill) and and Churros (there were 2 dessert options).

We pretty much enjoyed every item, and would strongly recommend the items from the grill. Do note the food portion per plate is fixed regardless of group size, so it will be better to go in a larger group to sample more variety. For example, we tried asking if it was possible to just have 2 churros, but were told firmly that each portion is 5 churros each.

When we were done, we just took the shuttle from W Hotel back to Merlion Plaza, and had a leisurely stroll back to VivoCity.
