Simply Decorated

With some time to spare after watching the musical Next to Normal by Pangdemonium, and before meeting our friends, we decided to go la kopi 🙂

Strolling along Purvis Street, we saw this little Kooka Cafe with a single outdoor table. Inside this cozy little cafe, there were about 10 tables or so. There’s this very relaxed feel about this place, great place to just chill out and enjoy your drinks!

Wonderful Pear Tart to go with Latte

Latte for hubby, chai latte for me, and a pear almond tart to share… Latte was nice as usual, not too bitter.

The tart was lovely! Light and not overly sweet, it was served with fresh cream by the side. Hubby loved it so much, he practically finished the entire tart 🙂

The chai latte was one of the best that I have had so far, with the spiciness just right and sugar served separately. The little Lemon Thins that came with the drink was delicious too!
