Our next stop was Tangkak as Dr K wanted to buy some tau sar piah. Conveniently along the same street, there were 2 eateries that looked very popular.
Our first lunch stop was Restoran Kuang Fei, famous for Tangkak beef noodles. We shared the Beef Noodles (RM8 for small, RM9 for big, RM12 for additional ingredients). The small portion was quite little, but the soup was awesome! While the beef was not very tender, we thought it was flavourful with a good bite.

Our niece had started her university studies in 京都 Kyoto, Japan, and we decided to go over for a visit during our holidays 🙂 Despite the typhoon midway during the trip, we still had a great time! Here was what we did:
