Pumpkin Salad
It was shopping night with our niece and we ended up at Plaza Singapura! Long queues everywhere and we spotted a relatively shorter queue at Skinny Pizza so off we went to queue!
We got seats rather quickly and ordered a pumpkin salad, meatball Neapolitan pizza and turkey ham pizza.
The pumpkin bits and macadamia nuts were toasted and still warm when served, very addictive!
Meatball Pizza
The staff recommended that we should eat the meatball pizza first, otherwise it would turn soggy due to the tomato sauce, so after the customary photo-taking, we attacked the pizza with gusto! Very very crunchy and thin crust pizza – our favourite kind 🙂 The yummy meatballs were soft to bite and flavorful and the entire pizza was gone within 10 minutes!
Turkey Ham Pizza
The turkey ham pizza had blueberries on it; the salty ham and sweet blueberries made a good combination.
Rocket leaves appeared everywhere in all the dishes, and the strong pungent taste made it one of my least favourite vegetables when eaten on its own, but it turned out quite ok when eaten with others 🙂
