Ms I had recommended that we check out this very popular Thai restaurant.
So after we had settled down in our ultra lovely apartment in Meriton Campbell, we strolled to Chat Thai, which was right next door, thinking that it was still rather early. Erm, apparently at 5pm, we were not early enough, haha!
After some confusion, a friendly customer directed us to tear off the number on a sheet at the entrance, which turned out to be the queue number. You could also leave your name and phone number, but based on what we saw, if you were not waiting nearby when they called your queue number, they would just move on to the next number 😛
We chose Cherry and Twigs as our final breakfast place in Melbourne because of its close vicinity to the SkyBus terminal to board the shuttle bus to the airport (
Hakata Gensuke Ramen Professionals were celebrating their 2nd year anniversary today! A pity we were not in time to be the first 50 customers to get the free ramen as part of the celebrations.
It was a little difficult to find this tiny cafe, for the shop front was not visible from the alley. In fact, there is only a door and no signboard whatsoever. But you know you have reached when you spot people sitting around on orange crates randomly placed along both sides of the alley.
It’s Ms. V’s last day in Melbourne and she had a plane to catch at noon so we entrusted the decision of her final breakfast to her!
We were back to Lygon Street for a late lunch after 
We slept in today because we had a long day at Phillip Island yesterday, and only ventured out after 10am.
