We had patronized Ambush many times and today is one of those days when you can’t really decide what to have for dinner. 🙂
But alas, the pork knuckles was out of stock AGAIN! Of the so many times we were here, we had only managed to try it once…
- Mixed Mussels and Clams Pot ($19.50++): The white wine sauce was so tasty and flavourful!
- Confit of Duck ($20.50++) – Duck was a bit tough and not as tender as what we had in other restaurants.
- Risotto with Pancetta and Foie Gras ($21.50++) – Our favourite dish of the night! The risotto was wonderfully done and eaten together with the pancetta bits and cheese was so satisfying!

While our friends were enjoying themselves in Bangkok, we decided to console ourselves by having some Thai food 😛
We finally set foot on the legendary Teppei Restaurant, where the current reservation queue is half a year!
Ms K had a craving for non-BBQ Korean cuisine, and Your Woul seemed to have pretty good reviews. Judging from the fact that it has been operating for quite a while at this location, we decided to give it a try!

Since we were seldom in this area, we decided to have our lunch here too… And of the many places that G suggested, we thought that Zaffron Kitchen looked pretty interesting.
So this is our final night in 京都 Kyoto, and we just had to have a feast!
We were quite famished for dinner and decided that we should have a great meal for this last night in 四国 Shikoku!
